Terms & Conditions - Broadcast Integration Services, LLC

Any agreement for the purchase of goods from BROADCAST INTEGRATION SERVICES, LLC (“Seller”, “We”, “Our”) and the Customer (“Buyer”, “You”, “Your”) shall be subject to these Business Policies, Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”). By placing an order, Customer consents to and agrees to abide by any and all of the following Terms and Conditions.

General Sales Policy

Service & Prices: Prices for products offered for sale on the BROADCAST INTEGRATION SERVICES, LLC website (“Service”) are subject to change without notice.  Orders will be invoiced at pricing prevailing at the time of shipment.  Prices are not guaranteed.  List prices shown on this website are suggested by the manufacturer of the respective item.

Website prices are updated daily (Monday-Friday; holidays excluded) and are current to the best of our knowledge when posted. However, because of the dynamic nature of the computer and television industries, some products, prices, manufacturer promotions or offers may change before we are able to update and post the information on this website. In the event of an unexpected cost increase or other change, we will contact you to determine whether you want to continue your order at the new price or cancel your order. We reserve the right to decline the acceptance of any orders.

BROADCAST INTEGRATION SERVICES reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

BROADCAST INTEGRATION SERVICES shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

Cancellation: Buyer may cancel the Agreement only by giving written notice to Seller.  In the event of such cancellation, Buyer shall pay for all goods and services delivered and completed and any reasonable charges for expenses already incurred and commitments made by Seller.

Substitutions: BROADCAST INTEGRATION SERVICES reserves the right to substitute items of comparable function and quality in cases where the manufacturer has discontinued or has difficulty in delivering a specified item. Substitutions are returnable.

Computers & Software Sales Policy

Due to restrictions placed upon us by manufacturers, computers/hardware and software are warrantied by the manufacturer only. You must contact each manufacturer directly for operating system and software updates. All provided/configured software is registered with the respective software companies and is subject to terms and conditions of use thereof.  Please remember to backup all data before computer hardware or software installs.  We are not responsible for lost data.

Order Placement & Payment

If your order is received prior to 3:00 PM, Monday-Friday, Eastern time (EST or EDT), we will make our best efforts to ship the order the same day if it is 100% complete.  Once your package is in transit, we will email a detailed confirmation of your order, which includes order total, shipping amount, and tracking information.

Credit/Debit Cards: BROADCAST INTEGRATION SERVICES, LLC accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.  You must use a U.S. credit/debit card with U.S. billing and shipping addresses.  Please provide your account number, full name as it appears on your card, expiration date and bank code (where applicable).  Handling and/or shipping charges will be added to the charge slip.  All cards are subject to verification of billing and shipping address.

Credit Card Authorization Holds:

  1. An authorization hold will be placed on your credit or debit card each time an order is placed to confirm the card is valid. The hold should be released within 3 to 5 business days.
  2. For cancelled orders, authorizations may still take 3 to 5 days to be released. The length of the hold is determined by the bank or other financial institution that issued your card. You will not be charged for cancelled orders.
  3. For additional questions, please contact your financial institution or card provider.

PayPal/PayPal Credit: If you select PayPal as your payment option, you will continue through the standard checkout process. Once you click ''submit order,'' you will automatically be redirected to PayPal to complete your payment. Your order will not be submitted until you complete the checkout process on PayPal. PayPal Authorizations:

  1. If a PayPal order is cancelled, an authorization hold may apply and should automatically drop off after 7 business days.
  2. All PayPal orders are charged immediately.

If your payment has been declined, then you will need to place your order again.  We are not able to reinstate an order once the payment has been declined. To ensure your order is accepted when placing a new order, we suggest the following:

  1. Check the card details on your account to make sure the information is correct; e.g. the card number, expiry date or the billing address.
  2. Make sure you have entered the security code correctly; i.e. the 3-digit number on the back of your card.
  3. Your card issuer may have declined your payment for reasons unknown to us, therefore, please check with them directly.
  4. If you have checked all the above and still fail to process payment, then try paying with another credit card.

If necessary, Customer authorizes BROADCAST INTEGRATION SERVICES to charge their credit card/electronic payment account for any Restocking or other charges, in addition to the cost of the products to include shipping charges for any product returned.

All transactions will be processed in U.S. Dollars ($). Delivery costs will be charged in addition where applicable; such additional charges are clearly displayed and included in the ‘Final Total’.

BROADCAST INTEGRATION SERVICES. makes every effort to offer you competitive prices on current products; your total order price will include the price of the purchase plus any applicable sales tax and shipping charges.

On non-stock items merchandise, orders may be subject to minimum quantities and/or special handling or payments.


BROADCAST INTEGRATION SERVICES reserves the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice.

We are under no obligation to fulfill your order if the price listed on the website is incorrect (even after your Order has been acknowledged by us).

Sales Tax: Sales Tax is only charged for orders shipped within New Jersey (or orders shipped F.O.B.), for the order total, including the amount of the shipping charge. New Jersey customers will be charged sales tax according to their county’s jurisdiction. If tax exempt, please send or email a copy of the exemption certificate with your order. We are required to collect tax for shipments originating and delivering within the same state (drop-shipments).

International Orders: No International Orders are being accepted at this time.

Shipment of Product

Shipment of all Product shall be made F.O.B. point of shipment.  Unless otherwise agreed in writing by BROADCAST INTEGRATION SERVICES, Buyer shall bear the risk of loss and the responsibility for insurance coverage for Product after delivery to the F.O.B. point of shipment.  Buyer shall pay all freight including transit insurance costs.

Any shipping dates given in advance of actual shipment are Seller’s best estimates for informational purposes only, and deliveries will be made subject to prior orders on file with Seller.  Seller may, in its sole discretion, use any commercial carriers for shipment of the Product.

If Buyer is unable to receive the Product when they are tendered, Buyer will be liable to Seller for any losses, damages, or additional expenses incurred or suffered by Seller as a result of Buyer’s inability to receive the Product.  Buyer will be deemed to accept the Product upon receipt.  Any claims for shortages or discrepancies will be waived by Buyer unless made in writing to Seller within ten (10) days of receipt of the Product.  Seller may cancel in whole or in part any order for Product under the Agreement at any time.

Dimensional Size: Dimensional weight considers density, which is the amount of space a package occupies in relation to its actual weight, to determine billable weight. In some cases, dimensional packaging charges cannot always be determined at the time of your order.

Delivery: BROADCAST INTEGRATION SERVICES shall advise Buyer as to the estimated delivery date(s) for the product(s) at the time of order is accepted by manufacturer, provided, however, that it is understood delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Buyer shall not be relieved of performance for obligations incurred or accrued internal costs because of manufacturer or vendor failure to meet BROADCAST INTEGRATION SERVICES’ requested delivery date(s).

Except as otherwise provided herein, BROADCAST INTEGRATION SERVICES shall ship by whatever manner we deem appropriate via ground services. It is understood that expedited freight delivery is not guaranteed and is dependent on manufacturer willingness and ability to meet any expedited request.  Upgraded freight service charges and fees will be based upon method and shipper. BROADCAST INTEGRATION SERVICES is not responsible for any shipper-related weather and/or other delay, loss or in-transit after order has processed.

While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of the data, this website could include typographical errors and technical inaccuracies. In addition, photos may not represent actual products.

BROADCAST INTEGRATION SERVICES is not liable or responsible for any event or occurrence that may be deemed a natural act of God, war, police action, or terrorism or any damages as a result of such occurrence.

Manufacturer Warranties: Manufacturer warranties apply to your purchase. BROADCAST INTEGRATION SERVICES disclaims and excludes any and all representations and other warranties, whether written or oral, whether express or implied, whether arising by contract, at law, in equity, by strict liability or otherwise, with respect to the product, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, or any warranty against infringement.

In no event, shall BROADCAST INTEGRATION SERVICES be liable for any damages caused by any product or failure of such product to perform, whether or not advised of the possibility of such damage and regardless of the theory of liability pursuant to which such damages may be sought.


Customer agrees to follow the BROADCAST INTEGRATION SERVICES Policy to request a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) from BROADCAST INTEGRATION SERVICES before attempting to return any products. Restocking fees shall apply.

If Customer makes any claims against BROADCAST INTEGRATION SERVICES, LLC, Customer agrees that the venue for such claims will be in the County of Hudson, Hoboken, NJ, USA.

Errors, Inaccuracies & Omissions

Occasionally there may be information on our site or in the Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability.  We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after Customer has submitted an order).

BROADCAST INTEGRATION SERVICES undertakes no obligation to update, amend or clarify information in the Service or on any related website, including without limitation, pricing information, except as required by law.  No specified update or refresh date applied in the Service or on any related website, should be taken to indicate that all information in the Service or on any related website has been modified or updated.
