Returns (RMA) & Manufacturer Warranties

Return Policy

To request a return or exchange, contact us within fourteen (14) days of the receipt of your order. Please see the “Rules and Policies” and "Return Instructions - RMAs" sections below for specific details, conditions and Return Request instructions.

Return Period

14 Days

The following items are not returnable:

  • Electronic software downloads
  • Opened computers and computer software – original packaging cannot be unsealed
  • Microphones, headphones or any item that has contact with the eyes, ears or mouth
  • Media and consumables (tapes, CD's, DVD's, digital memory, removable electronic media, batteries, bulbs, etc.)
  • Bulk cabling
  • Special Order items or custom items
  • Merchandise described "As Is", "Final Sale", or "No Returns"
  • Computers, laptops, desktops, tablet and handheld computing devices, and peripherals
  • Items not in original packaging
  • Items that are over fourteen (14) days from date of acceptance/delivery
  • Freight-intensive or truck freight items that have been drop-shipped to you
  • Items without an RMA (RA) number

Rules and Policies:

Please note: All items sold by BROADCAST INTEGRATION SERVICES (BIS) are warranted solely by the manufacturer/distributor. All items requiring repair should be sent to the manufacturer/distributor directly for service. For more information, see the "Warranties and Manufacturers" section below.

No returns are accepted without an RMA number.

BROADCAST INTEGRATION SERVICES (BIS) does not accept returns after 14 days.

All returns are subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee  depending on the condition, date of purchase, and the manufacturer's policy.

Returns of Free Shipping items will have the freight charge deducted from the return credit.

All returned items must be in new condition, in their original unaltered box (including an intact UPC code), with no signs of use or wear and must include all original packing material, documentation, blank warranty cards and accessories.

BROADCAST INTEGRATION SERVICES is not responsible for personal data or items left in products returned.

Refunds on returned items which were paid by credit card, PayPal, or eCheck will be credited to the same account used for the purchase. Refunds for items paid by check will be issued by check. BROADCAST INTEGRATION SERVICES reserves the right to wait up to 14 days for funds to clear before refunding an order paid by check.

Return Instructions - RMAs

If you placed your order as a GUEST, you must email us to request a return.  Send an email to "orders@bis-tv.com" and include a copy of your order confirmation. Provide information on the item(s) for which you are requesting a return and the reason for the return. We will review your request and will reply.

If you placed your order as a REGISTERED CUSTOMER, follow the steps below to submit a return request:

  1. Log into the BIS store, then go to "My Account".
  2. Click "COMPLETED" to see a list of your completed orders. (You must click "COMPLETED" to select an order for submitting an RMA request.  Clicking "Return Requests" only shows a list of any Return Requests you have already submitted.)
  3. Find the order you wish to return, then click "Return Item(s)", which is located next to "View Order Details".
  4. Fill out the following items on the return request:
    • Quantity to return
    • Reason for return
    • Return action (optional)
    • Comments (optional)
  5. Click "Submit Return Request".

When a return request is submitted, a notification email is delivered to the email address specified in your Account Profile settings. We will review your request and will respond via email. If approved, we will include an RMA form in our response with an assigned RMA number and final instructions.

If your return has been approved, pack the products to be returned in a shipping carton so that the original box does not become marked or damaged.  DO NOT WRITE ON THE PRODUCT BOX.

Warranties & Manufacturers

All items sold by BROADCAST INTEGRATION SERVICES(BIS) are warranted solely by the manufacturer/distributor. All items requiring repair should be sent to the manufacturer/distributor directly for service. We are not liable if the manufacturer/distributor fails to perform warranty service.

Due to manufacturer restrictions, computer hardware and software are warrantied by the manufacturer only.  You must contact each manufacturer directly for operating system (OS) and software updates.  All provided/configured software is registered with the respective software companies and is subject to terms and conditions of use thereof.

BROADCAST INTEGRATION SERVICES disclaims and excludes any and all representations and other warranties, whether written or oral, whether express or implied, whether arising by contract, at law, in equity, by strict liability or otherwise, with respect to the product.

THERE IS NO IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ON ANY ITEM SOLD BY BROADCAST INTEGRATION SERVICES (BIS).

Any warranties apply only to the original purchaser.

BROADCAST INTEGRATION SERVICES will not be responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise purchased from us, or failure of such product to perform, whether or not advised of the possibility of such damage and regardless of the theory of liability pursuant to which such damages may be sought. BROADCAST INTEGRATION SERVICES’ liability is limited to the monetary value of the merchandise.

While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of the data, this website could include typographical errors and technical inaccuracies. In addition, photos may not represent actual products.
